Withdrawal

When you ordered the digital book you asked us to start at once and declared that you waive your right of withdrawal (article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). The hardcover is printed for you alone; for such goods made to your specifications the right of withdrawal does not apply (article 16(c)). An order therefore usually cannot be withdrawn.

If a right of withdrawal does apply in your case, you can withdraw from the contract with the form below. Give the order number from your payment receipt if you have it. We confirm receipt by e-mail.
