A book about the life, not the end

The book is about what your pet did. Where he slept, what she brought in, who he came running for. You write in the past tense, and so does the book. The end does not have to be in it. If you want it in, you can give it a page of its own.

The book is made no differently from a book about a pet that is still here. The same questions, the same pages. The difference is in your answers.

Not a photo book you have to lay out

With an ordinary photo book you pick a template, drag photos into frames and write every caption yourself. That is a lot of work at a time when you may not want it. Here you tell what your pet did, and the pages are made: large photos, text from your answers, and drawings.

How you make it

1. Type the name and choose one photo. The cover appears as you type.
2. Answer eight short questions. Skip what you do not want to answer. Take the questions at your own pace.
3. Add photos if you have them. One is enough.
4. Pay €6.99. No account needed.
5. About ten minutes later the book is at a private link, with an eBook.

If you have few photos

One photo is enough. The book also has drawings of your pet, in pencil and wash, made from the photo on the cover; the fewer photos, the more drawings. You can have a drawing made again until it looks right.

You read everything before it is printed

Every page can be changed: change the words, have a page rewritten with a note, swap a photo, put a drawing where a photo was. Nothing is final until you say so.

Share it with everyone who loved them

The book page makes a share link. Anyone with it reads the whole book on their phone and cannot change it. You can stop the link at any time.

An eBook, and printed if you like

You read the eBook on your phone and download it. From the eBook you order the hardcover: hard cover, 28 pages, 20 × 20 cm, shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

Making one for someone else

Has the dog or cat of a friend, a parent or a colleague died? The book can be a gift. You buy it, they make it with their own memories, and the hardcover comes to their door.

Luna was a cat, 2009 to 2025. Her book is about ten to six on Tom's chest, about boxes that were hers, and about leaves she carried in one by one. Bommel was a rabbit, 2017 to 2025; his book is in the past tense too. Both are examples, not customers.
